Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Maintain patient records and files - Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Provide administrative support to the medical office staff - Coordinate events and meetings as needed - Provide excellent customer support to patients and address their inquiries or concerns - Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Perform order entry for supplies or equipment as necessary Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to work well in a team environment We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
