Responsibilities:
- Process credit applications and set limits -Communicate with other departments to get orders released to ship and issues resolved - Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy - Process and post customer payments to accounts receivable system - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes - Contact customers via phone or email to collect outstanding payments- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns regarding their accounts - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
Experience:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred - Knowledge of basic financial concepts and accounting principles - Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel - Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer interactions - Ability to negotiate payment terms with customers while maintaining positive relationships Job Type:
