Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan items and ensure pricing is correct - Collect payments from customers and provide change - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Sanitize checkout area and equipment regularly - Assist with bussing tables and cleaning the dining area as needed Skills:
- Strong math skills, including the ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately - Knowledge of retail math, such as calculating discounts and sales tax - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions Note:
Previous experience working as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred, but not required.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
