We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team.
The Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in office management and supervising a team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage office staff, providing guidance and support - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies - Coordinate and schedule appointments - Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards - Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency Hours are:
